Hotel Reservation Tips
The Embassy Suites/Hilton reservation system for our HC PETS room block may look a little different from other reservation pages.
To make your hotel reservation, follow these steps.
- Click on the link below - "Reserve Your Room Now!"
- On the Hilton Page, click on "Visit the Booking Page" in the paragraph in the light blue box.
- The reservation is automatically set for three nights (Check-in on Thursday, March 19 and check-out on Sunday, March 22)
- Determine which nights you need to reserve. PETS committee members, facilitators, and staff may need to be at the Embassy Suites on Thursday night. Many PEs, PENs, and AGs will be with us on Friday and Saturday nights only, but some districts may ask their attendees to be there early Friday for district training sessions. If you are not sure, check with your District Governor Elect or District Secretary.
- If you will be staying three nights (March 19-22) select "Quick Book" under the room picture and enter info to complete reservation.
- If you will be staying only 2 nights, click on "Edit Stay" in the top right corner of the page.
- Edit the dates at the top of the page, so they reflect the dates you will be staying. Then click "Update."
- Click on the "Quick Book" button under your room choice.
- You can then enter the contact information to complete your reservations.
